Modify Wellness is a nonprofit organization committed to promoting mental health and wellness within the Black community through community programs, corporate wellness initiatives, education, advocacy, and healing-centered partnerships. Founded by licensed therapist and nationally recognized speaker Arron Muller, Modify Wellness bridges community, research, and organizational wellness to create lasting impact.
Our mission is to normalize mental health and wellness within the Black community by providing affordable resources, education, and support services.
