Overview
Community-centered convo & wellness experience focused on healing, mental health, & emotional well-being for men. Wear comfortable clothes!
The Office of Deputy Speaker Dr. Nantasha Williams, in partnership with licensed clinician Aaron Muller and the Southern Queens Park Association (SQPA), invites community members to join us for Men’s Mental Health Month: Healing in Community.
Wear comfortable clothing & be ready to breathe and stretch! This program is designed to create an intentional space for men to engage in open and honest conversation around mental health, emotional wellness, healing, identity, and community support while also exploring practical wellness tools that can support stress relief, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and self-care beyond the event itself. Through facilitated dialogue, grounding exercises, breathwork, and wellness-focused activities, participants will have the opportunity to connect, reflect, and build community in a supportive environment.
Our goal is for participants to leave feeling seen, supported, connected, and equipped with practical tools that can help support their mental and emotional well-being long after the event ends.
Whether you are beginning your wellness journey, looking for community, or simply seeking space to reflect and recharge, all are welcome.
